Legal Trainee – Business Law (Work-Study)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Support in the preparation, negotiation, and completion of B2B contracts

• Create, negotiate, and conclude agreements with suppliers and service providers

• Oversee and track corporate affairs

• Execute and supervise the Compliance program

• Oversee the management of the group's brand and trademark portfolio

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master's degree (M2) in Business Law

• Well-organized, proactive, energetic, and adaptable

• Strong prioritization skills and a keen intellectual curiosity

• Exceptional drafting abilities

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in synthesizing complex information

• Ability to suggest business-focused solutions to operational teams

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
