This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all job postings are published.
• Identify and recruit legal professionals for current or anticipated firm locations.
• Post and source corporate talent as required.
• Act as the main point of contact for job applicants.
• Build professional relationships with candidates and represent the firm in a positive manner.
• Recruit and source talent in alignment with strategies established by departmental leadership.
• Evaluate qualifications by reviewing applications, resumes, cover letters, and writing samples.
• Conduct Zoom interviews, document insights, and pinpoint candidates for further evaluation.
• Organize and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team on compensation, benefits, and offer packages.
• Draft offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees.
• Dependable remote work setup, including high-speed internet and an efficient workstation.
• At least two years of experience in legal recruiting is required.
• Direct experience in legal sourcing and recruitment for a law firm or legal recruiting agency is necessary.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing hard-to-fill positions.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems, including knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Zoom.
• Strong professional communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with a capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and urgent issues.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Ability to manage routine or urgent matters in a remote-first work environment.
• Must be able to perform the role’s responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• A college degree is preferred.
