• Comprehensive recruitment from start to finish across a diverse legal portfolio, including Paralegals, File Handlers, Assistant Lawyers, Lead Lawyers, and others.

• Execution of high-volume recruitment campaigns with speed, organization, and consistency.

• Development of proactive talent pipelines for recurring and challenging roles, ensuring we remain ahead of demand.

• Focused sourcing strategies to attract passive legal talent through outreach, networks, and market insights.

• Collaboration with stakeholders to provide advice on role design, assessment techniques, and interview best practices.

• Creation of a candidate experience that is personal, professional, and seamless from initial contact to job offer.

• Utilization of data-driven insights from ATS metrics to enhance processes and improve performance.

• Engagement in employer branding activities within the legal sector, including events, partnerships, and market visibility.

• Demonstrated experience in **high-volume legal recruitment** (either in-house or agency).

• Strong knowledge of **legal role structures**, qualification pathways, and market trends.

• Capacity to handle multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality.

• Confident in stakeholder management with the ability to influence using data and insights.

• Exceptional sourcing abilities and experience in long-term talent pooling.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding candidate experiences.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
