• Comprehensive hiring process across a diverse legal portfolio, including Paralegals, File Handlers, Assistant Lawyers, Lead Lawyers, and more.
• Execution of high-volume recruitment campaigns with efficiency, organization, and consistency.
• Development of proactive talent pipelines for recurring and challenging-to-fill positions, ensuring we remain ahead of demand.
• Targeted sourcing strategies to connect with passive legal talent through outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to provide insights on role design, assessment techniques, and interview best practices.
• A candidate experience that is personalized, professional, and seamless from initial contact to offer.
• Utilization of data-driven insights through ATS metrics to enhance processes and improve performance.
• Engagement in employer branding activities within the legal community, including events, partnerships, and market presence.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume legal recruitment, whether in-house or at an agency.
• Strong knowledge of legal role structures, qualification pathways, and current market trends.
• Capability to manage multiple job requisitions without sacrificing quality.
• Proficient in stakeholder management with the ability to influence using data and insights.
• Exceptional sourcing skills coupled with experience in long-term talent pooling.
• Strong communication abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
