This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Engage directly with live private equity, M&A, and financing transactions for top global investment firms.

• Examine and negotiate NDAs and additional transaction documents in line with client-approved guidelines.

• Utilize a proprietary AI-driven platform to aid in document review, identify deviations, and implement playbook strategies.

• Assist in fast-paced, high-value transactions where accuracy, quick response, and dependability are essential.

• Work alongside the global legal team to provide integrated support across multiple simultaneous deals.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance and optimize the AI tools.

• Juris Doctor degree (LLB or equivalent).

• 1-3 years of experience in transactional legal practice, contract analysis, or comparable high-volume legal settings.

• Proven experience in reviewing NDAs and/or similar transactional documents.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong dedication to delivering consistently high-quality work.
