This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Respond to incoming calls and route them to the relevant department or team member.
β’ Act as the initial point of contact for both prospective and existing clients.
β’ Engage with clients in English and Spanish through phone, email, and text communication.
β’ Coordinate consultations, meetings, and appointments.
β’ Accurately collect and document client information.
β’ Aid in client intake processes and follow-up communications.
β’ Keep precise records and update information within the firm's CRM and case management systems.
β’ Address client inquiries and provide updates as needed.
β’ Handle multiple phone lines and manage high call volumes while upholding professionalism.
β’ Offer administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as required.
β’ Must reside outside of the United States (international candidates only).
β’ Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
β’ Proven experience in customer service is essential.
β’ Exceptional phone etiquette and communication abilities.
β’ Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic attitude.
β’ Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail are necessary.
β’ Capability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software is required.
β’ Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely full-time.
