This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Configure, manage, and sustain legal technology platforms such as CLM, matter management, document management, and e-billing, operating within Nuvei’s current enterprise environment.
• Develop and sustain integrations between legal platforms and other business systems, including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Power BI, collaborating with IT and Product teams on technical specifications and architecture.
• Collaborate with lawyers and legal operations colleagues to pinpoint areas where processes are sluggish, manual, or prone to errors; map those workflows and implement enhancements.
• Evaluate discrepancies between the current capabilities of platforms and the needs of the legal team; propose and implement solutions.
• Create process documentation, business requirement documents, and functional specifications.
• Assist in the assessment and selection of new tools, offering technical insights on integration requirements and platform suitability.
• Construct automated workflows utilizing Power Automate or similar tools, minimizing repetitive manual tasks across the legal department.
• Develop AI-driven tools on legal platforms, including contract automation, document intake workflows, watched-folder triggers, and Copilot-based tools for the legal team, in partnership with Nuvei’s AI and Innovation team.
• Link AI tools to existing systems using APIs; oversee prompt libraries, workflow settings, and documentation.
• Aid the Legal Department in embracing new tools, which includes training and troubleshooting support.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar applications, monitoring workload, contract cycle durations, team performance, and other operational metrics for legal leadership.
• Examine operational data to identify trends, highlight inefficiencies, and point out automation possibilities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for the legal function, collaborating with legal colleagues and the BI team.
• Over 5 years of experience in business systems, operations technology, or an enterprise systems role, with a proven history of configuring SaaS platforms, creating integrations, and facilitating technology-driven process enhancements.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and managing enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and Power BI, including connecting them to other systems through automation tools and APIs.
• Proven experience leading or advocating for cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders, and driving change in environments where collaboration, initiative, and ownership are vital for success.
• Demonstrated capability to identify process issues, map workflows, and provide solutions that lessen manual effort.
• Proficient in gathering requirements from non-technical colleagues and translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong analytical abilities; comfortable with data, reporting, and utilizing metrics to inform decision-making.
• Clear and effective communicator, able to collaborate successfully with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
