Legal Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the legal operations processes for clients and conduct new process mapping.

• Develop new processes and create implementation roadmaps.

• Assist clients in evaluating various CLM tools, including Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPod, and Luminance.

• Integrate AI tools and enhance their usage within the legal team, utilizing new AI features of current tools.

• Produce and update resource materials related to operational processes.

• Plan and execute enhancements to contracting systems, which includes creating and uploading templates.

• Support project coordination and manage processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a legal operations professional, focusing on optimizing in-house legal workflows with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management tasks.

• Knowledge of legal department KPIs.

• Experience in budget and spend management, including e-billing.

• Proven experience in CLM implementation.

• Background in AI technologies.

• Proficient in software implementation and skilled in integrating new systems with existing workflows.

• Extensive experience with legal operations technology and related software.

• Experience with the CLM tool Luminance is preferred.
