• The Legal Operations Manager will play a key role in scaling the operating model of the Legal team, enhancing processes, overseeing legal expenditures, implementing technology, and supporting the systems and controls necessary for the Legal function to operate effectively within a global business environment.
• This position demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and project management abilities, capable of promoting collaboration across various functions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations, legal project management, legal billing, legal technology, corporate legal administration, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in managing legal expenditures, outside counsel guidelines, invoice analysis, accruals, budgeting, and onboarding vendors.
• Familiarity with legal operations platforms, matter management systems, e-billing tools, entity management systems, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of corporate governance operations, patent renewals, insurance renewals, internal controls, and audit support.
• Strong analytical skills, including the capability to generate reports, interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workflows, deadlines, stakeholders, and ongoing operational processes.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A strong enthusiasm for testing new concepts and innovating to achieve results.
• Technology-savvy; proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the capability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
