Legal Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Recognize and address inefficiencies within Legal workflows, implementing solutions that enable teams to operate more efficiently.

• Program & Change Leadership: Oversee operational initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring lasting change and quantifiable results.

• Legal Technology & Solutions: Contribute to the enhancement of Legal's technology landscape, including matter management, CLM, eDiscovery, automation, AI, and other operational tools.

• Data & Insights: Create reporting and metrics that empower Legal leadership to make informed decisions and uncover areas for improvement.

• Knowledge Management & Enablement: Establish scalable processes, documentation, training, and self-service resources that foster consistency within the Legal team.

• Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with Legal leadership to prioritize projects, address operational challenges, and support long-term objectives.

• Operational Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness: Refine how Legal provides services by minimizing friction, aligning processes, and enhancing stakeholder experiences.

• Team Support & Special Projects: Assume responsibility for new challenges and contribute as needed to ensure the Legal team functions effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in addressing complex operational challenges, utilizing systems thinking to devise practical, scalable solutions that boost team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experienced Navigator: You have effectively spearheaded operational enhancements and are adept at transitioning initiatives from concept to execution.

• Systems Thinker: You quickly grasp the interactions between people, processes, technology, and data, and can pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

• Program Leader: You excel in managing intricate initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and achieving results.

• Data-Informed Decision Maker: You possess experience in defining metrics, developing reporting frameworks, and leveraging insights to shape strategy and operational enhancements.

• Technology-Enabler: You are inquisitive about technology, automation, and AI, and enjoy utilizing these tools to address business challenges.
