Legal Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in client calls and internal meetings, staying focused on key issues, and assist our team in taking action.

• Utilize your analytical abilities to support bankruptcy firms and gain insights into their operations to enhance their experience with Glade.

• Manage sensitive firm and client data, including confidential financial and personal information, with utmost care.

• Interact clearly and professionally with partners, attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members at the firms.

• Collaborate with the Legal Operations team to develop, design, test, and improve the workflows that firms depend on.

• Carefully construct workflow configurations, as even a single mismatched key or variable can disrupt a firm's process.

• Prepare internal and firm-facing documentation of Glade’s operating procedures to assist our team in enhancing user experience.

• Execute established processes consistently and thoroughly, while seeking opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers and operational records.

• Anticipate tasks before being prompted and tackle unfamiliar challenges through careful reasoning and insightful questioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in law, public policy, economics, computer science, philosophy, history, or a related field.

• Previous exposure to the legal field through coursework, employment at a law firm, legal aid organization, court, clinic, or similar experience is preferred.

• Proven interest in legal technology, AI, or the evolving landscape of professional services.

• Available for full-time commitment throughout the summer internship.

• Residing in the Eastern Time Zone and proximity to the New York metropolitan area is a plus.

• Proficient in AI with sound judgment.

• High attention to detail.

• Excellent writing skills.
