📋 Description

• Develop and uphold regulatory compliance matrices that track license conditions, reporting obligations, and procedures.

• Assist the Legal and Contracts team with research and administrative tasks related to commercial agreements, government contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.

• Perform legal, regulatory, and market research, synthesizing findings into written summaries and recommendations.

• Support legal, corporate, and regulatory initiatives, including filings, process documentation, and export compliance recordkeeping.

• Acquire practical experience in commercial space law, regulatory policy, and government contracts while collaborating with attorneys and regulatory experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program (1Ls and 2Ls are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent research and writing abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Willingness to learn.

• Genuine passion for space, technology, or government contracting.

• Self-driven and capable of working remotely in a dynamic environment.

• Must meet U.S. export-control access requirements as a U.S. person, be eligible without export authorization, or be likely to obtain the necessary export authorization.

• Preferred: coursework or demonstrated interest in administrative law, telecommunications, national security, or government contracts.

• Preferred: technical background or prior experience with aerospace, satellite systems, or defense.
