📋 Description

• Support the legal team by reviewing, analyzing, and uploading the existing backlog of commercial executed contracts to One Contracts.

• Conduct a swift review of executed contracts to verify completeness, proper formatting, and legibility before uploading.

• Precisely log essential metadata (e.g., effective dates, renewal dates, parties involved, and obligations).

• Upload contracts to One Contracts in accordance with the system's requirements for accurate record-keeping.
