This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.
β’ Employ Westlaw, LexisNexis, Accurint, and comparable tools to assess litigation activities and court dockets.
β’ Recognize ongoing cases, participating attorneys, and the utilization of expert witnesses.
β’ Create actionable leads derived from case developments and attorney interactions.
β’ Aid in tracking potential breaches of contractual agreements by network experts.
β’ Offer research and investigative assistance to the companyβs collections attorney.
β’ Act as a reliable legal reference when necessary for verification or outreach initiatives.
β’ Juris Doctor (JD) is mandatory (licensed or non-practicing attorneys are encouraged to apply)
β’ Proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, Accurint, or similar legal research platforms
β’ Excellent analytical, investigative, and critical thinking abilities
β’ Knowledge of litigation processes and court docket analysis
β’ High degree of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive issues
β’ Capability to work autonomously in a flexible, part-time role
