Legal Intake Specialist – Night Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to assist potential clients through the legal intake process.

• Follow up after attorney responses to promote client engagement.

• Address inbound inquiries and actively listen to client concerns.

• Accurately record client and case details in our CRM system.

• Achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Represent LegalMatch in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.

• Handle objections and rejections with a high level of professionalism.

• Engage in coaching and actively implement feedback.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

• Promptly report any obstacles or availability issues.

• Experience in legal intake, customer service, or client success.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Proficient with CRM systems and remote technology (PC, headset, internet).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with AI call tools is advantageous.
