Legal Intake Specialist, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Conducting interviews with potential clients via phone and email to provide information about the Firm and assist them in understanding their cases.

• Performing primary research to assess the validity of prospective clients' claims.

• Analyzing prospective clients' claims to ensure they align with the Firm's areas of expertise and practice.

• Onboarding new clients and securing their business.

• Arranging initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising candidates.

• Entering client information for both incoming and outgoing calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Excellent telephone communication skills, characterized by clarity, directness, and conciseness.

• Must exhibit empathy, fostering trust through a sincere understanding of the client's situation.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, demonstrating effective and consistent communication.

• Prior sales experience is a significant advantage!

• Candidates should be driven, resilient, and persistent.

• A strong desire to succeed and grow is essential.

• Enjoyment of working within a team environment.

• A natural salesperson who can effectively secure clients and manage all facets of personal injury claims.

• A preference for phone interactions.
