This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Respond promptly to incoming client inquiries through phone calls, live chat, emails, and web forms.
• Assess potential clients using specific screening questions to determine if their cases align with the firm’s criteria and area of expertise.
• Deliver empathetic and professional communication to prospective clients.
• Gather case details, including contact information, incident timelines, essential facts, and pertinent documentation.
• Prepare and dispatch initial retainer agreements or client onboarding materials.
• Ensure that prospect information is recorded accurately and comprehensively.
• Schedule consultations between qualified leads and attorneys or senior staff members.
• Manage calendar appointments, send automated reminders, and follow up on any missed appointments.
• Document every interaction, lead status, and relevant information in the firm’s Legal CRM / Case Management System.
• Monitor intake KPIs such as response times, conversion rates, and call volumes.
• Bilingual candidates located in Latin America.
• Outstanding verbal and written proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.
• Excellent active listening abilities and high emotional intelligence.
• Capability to handle sensitive client conversations with professionalism and tact.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage CRM databases, and keep precise records.
• A dedicated quiet workspace at home.
• High-speed, dependable internet connection.
• Fast computer and clear headset.
• 1+ years of experience in legal intake, customer service, sales, or call center environments.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. legal areas such as Personal Injury, Immigration, Family Law, or Criminal Defense.
• Experience working with U.S. law firms is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Clio, Filevine, or Lawmatics, or VoIP systems like RingCentral, Dialpad, or AirCall, is a plus.
