Legal Intake Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for potential clients seeking assistance with Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and special needs planning.

• Assess potential clients based on the firm's guidelines and established standards.

• Keep precise and comprehensive CRM records and notes.

• Determine the nature of each caller's legal issues.

• Accurately collect and confirm financial, personal, and situational information.

• Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients.

• Respond to incoming calls swiftly, professionally, and with empathy.

• Arrange consultations with attorneys and advisors when suitable.

• Adhere to established systems, scripts, workflows, and training protocols.

• Provide a professional and compassionate client experience in every interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in intake, customer service, client services, call center, or phone-based client support roles.

• Current experience in a law firm is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone.

• Capable of guiding conversations seamlessly without sounding scripted.

• Ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic when engaging with stressed or emotional callers.

• Comfortable adhering to structured processes and documented procedures.

• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records.

• Ability to type and take notes while actively participating in a conversation.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work environment.
