This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +14 more states.
• Build and nurture the firm's relationship with qualified prospective clients through telephone interviews.
• Act as the primary contact for prospective clients during the intake process.
• Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Maintain clear, concise, and accurate communication both in writing and verbally.
• Adhere to communication “scripts” while addressing various topics.
• Acquire knowledge about CCK’s practice areas and become familiar with the legal challenges our clients face.
• Show empathy towards prospective clients and help ease their concerns during challenging times.
• Prepare comprehensive written summaries detailing potential clients’ needs for attorneys.
• Request and evaluate all necessary documentation from prospective clients.
• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in customer service with a focus on high call volume.
• Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume phone/customer service role.
• Ability to make or receive calls for a minimum of 6-8 hours daily.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and professional telephone manners.
• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and demanding call center environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
