Legal Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Implementation Support: Assist customers in successfully onboarding and implementing Eve's solutions, ensuring a seamless adoption experience and timely realization of value.

• Customer Training: Create and provide extensive training programs to empower customers in effectively utilizing Eve's product offerings.

• Solution Optimization: Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows and tailor Eve's solutions to address their unique requirements.

• Success Metrics: Monitor and report on essential implementation metrics and indicators of customer success.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are fulfilled and feedback is taken into account.

⛳️ Requirements

• Customer Success Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer onboarding, implementation, or success roles.

• Technical Aptitude: Strong grasp of SaaS platforms and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Communication: Outstanding capability to present ideas clearly and succinctly to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to design and implement solutions for customer challenges.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proficient in working across teams to enhance customer success and achieve desired outcomes.
