This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Observe and engage in commercial contracting, legal research, compliance initiatives, privacy and data protection projects, and legal operations.

• Analyze and summarize commercial agreements.

• Perform legal and regulatory research.

• Draft legal memoranda, summaries, and materials for business guidance.

• Assist with projects involving contract drafting and redlining.

• Support initiatives related to privacy, compliance, and governance.

• Review vendor due diligence and risk management documentation.

• Participate in discussions with legal and business stakeholders.

• Contribute to special projects concerning corporate legal operations and policy development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a J.D. student at an accredited law school.

• Eligibility to earn academic credit through the externship program of the law school.

• Strong skills in research, writing, analysis, and communication.

• Interest in areas such as corporate, commercial, technology, privacy, or compliance law.
