Legal Expert, US Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, review, and simulation of realistic legal scenarios, encompassing private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring.

• Gain an understanding of the mechanics behind international finance deals, including collaborations with Partner-led teams across PE, M&A, and debt financing workstreams.

• Possession of a US bar qualification is advantageous.

• You will be contributing to the creation of high-quality training data for advanced AI systems.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week is necessary.

• Successful contributions enhance the likelihood of being selected for future projects with us.
