
Legal Engineer β Workflows Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
β’ Create and implement tailored workflows and vault templates for prominent law firm clients.
β’ Collaborate with firm stakeholders as well as LexisNexis sales and post-sales teams to grasp processes, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
β’ Engage with firm leadership, practice leaders, attorneys, and knowledge management teams to promote adoption and ensure ongoing usage.
β’ Assist in early-stage demonstrations and pilot initiatives that showcase the advantages of LexisNexis AI solutions.
β’ Recognize product deficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, integrate client feedback, and work closely with product, engineering, and UX teams.
β’ Create and sustain resources for customers and internal teams that support AI workflow strategy and firm implementations.
β’ Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a large law firm with over 50 attorneys.
β’ Experience in Litigation or Corporate Law is preferred.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to build credibility with attorneys and firm leadership through executive presence, legal acumen, and fluency in AI.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of legal workflows, legal service delivery models, and the everyday challenges faced by legal professionals.
β’ Ability to convert legal workflow insights into clear, workflow-specific value propositions.
β’ A sense of curiosity, conviction, and practical experience in applying AI and legal technology to enhance legal workflows and client service delivery.
