📋 Description

• Create and implement tailored workflows and vault templates for prominent law firm clients.

• Collaborate with firm stakeholders as well as LexisNexis sales and post-sales teams to grasp processes, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

• Engage with firm leadership, practice leaders, attorneys, and knowledge management teams to promote adoption and ensure ongoing usage.

• Assist in early-stage demonstrations and pilot initiatives that showcase the advantages of LexisNexis AI solutions.

• Recognize product deficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, integrate client feedback, and work closely with product, engineering, and UX teams.

• Create and sustain resources for customers and internal teams that support AI workflow strategy and firm implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a large law firm with over 50 attorneys.

• Experience in Litigation or Corporate Law is preferred.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to build credibility with attorneys and firm leadership through executive presence, legal acumen, and fluency in AI.

• Comprehensive understanding of legal workflows, legal service delivery models, and the everyday challenges faced by legal professionals.

• Ability to convert legal workflow insights into clear, workflow-specific value propositions.

• A sense of curiosity, conviction, and practical experience in applying AI and legal technology to enhance legal workflows and client service delivery.
