This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Create and implement customized workflows and vault templates tailored for large law firm clients.
• Collaborate with firm stakeholders as well as LexisNexis sales and post-sales teams to comprehend processes, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
• Engage with firm leadership, practice leaders, attorneys, and knowledge management teams to promote adoption and ensure ongoing usage.
• Assist with initial demonstrations and pilot programs that showcase the benefits of LexisNexis AI solutions.
• Identify gaps in products and opportunities for enhancement, gather client feedback, and work alongside product, engineering, and UX teams.
• Create and maintain both customer-facing and internal resources that support AI workflow strategies and successful implementations within firms.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a large law firm (more than 50 attorneys), ideally in Litigation or Corporate Law.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to build credibility with attorneys and firm leadership through executive presence, sound legal judgment, and fluency in AI.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal workflows, service delivery models, and the challenges faced by legal professionals.
• Proficiency in translating insights from legal workflows into clear, workflow-specific value propositions.
• A sense of curiosity, strong conviction, and practical experience in applying AI and legal technology to enhance legal workflows and client service delivery.
