Legal Engineer – Workflows Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for the design and implementation of tailored workflows and vault templates for major law firm clients.

• Collaborate closely with firm stakeholders as well as LexisNexis sales and post-sales teams to comprehend firm processes, outline project scopes, and implement LexisNexis solutions that address genuine client needs.

• Engage with firm leadership, practice leaders, attorneys, and knowledge management teams to promote the adoption and ongoing use of custom workflows.

• Assist in early-stage demonstrations and pilot initiatives to effectively showcase the benefits of LexisNexis AI solutions.

• Serve as the customer advocate by pinpointing product deficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, consolidating client feedback, and working alongside product, engineering, and UX teams.

• Create and maintain resources for clients and internal teams to support the AI workflow strategy and facilitate successful rollouts within firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a JD with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a large law firm (more than 50 attorneys), ideally within Litigation or Corporate Law.

• Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build credibility with attorneys and firm leadership through strong executive presence, legal acumen, and fluency in AI.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of legal workflows, service delivery models, and the everyday challenges encountered by legal professionals, with the capacity to convert that knowledge into clear, workflow-specific value propositions.

• Show a proven curiosity, determination, and hands-on experience in employing AI and legal technology to enhance legal workflows and client service delivery.
