This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee the onboarding and training process for internal legal teams utilizing Chamelio

• Serve as a reliable partner to clients, gaining insight into their workflows, limitations, and objectives

• Customize and deploy Chamelio to align with actual legal and legal operations processes

• Assist clients in embracing, managing change, and scaling their operations

• Provide exceptional product demonstrations to both potential and current clients

• Gather, organize, and relay customer feedback to guide product development

• Work collaboratively with the product team on testing and enhancing new features

• Contribute specialized knowledge on how legal information is organized and operationalized

• Keep up-to-date with advancements in legal technology, legal operations, and applied AI

• 4–10 years of pertinent experience in legal operations or legal technology positions

• Practical experience in an in-house legal setting

• Strong understanding of commercial contracting

• Ability to engage directly with clients and present to senior stakeholders

• High technical curiosity and comfort with contemporary legal tech and AI tools

• Pragmatic, responsible, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience in legal operations with in-house legal teams and tools, or in customer-facing roles at legal tech firms

• Significant ownership, trust, and visibility from the very beginning

• Genuine ownership and direct engagement with customers and leadership

• Measurable impact on customer experience and product innovation
