This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Prepare and submit employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, such as H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.

• Develop immigration strategies that align with business requirements while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.

• Provide guidance to corporate clients regarding regulatory updates and their implications for employees and business operations.

• Utilize technology and automation to boost efficiency and enhance the client experience.

• Engage in client meetings and offer strategic insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed to practice in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business immigration.

• Proficient in H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications.
