This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Immerse yourself in contracts to identify and extract vital information like a seasoned investigator, guaranteeing that every required field is accurately filled.

• Excel at managing spreadsheets! You will diligently input and update contract information, ensuring our data remains pristine, consistent, and of the highest quality.

• Organize and classify contracts according to type, terms, and involved parties, making future retrieval effortless.

• Collaborate with ContractSafe AI to oversee and verify data accuracy, making necessary adjustments to ensure complete correctness.

• Generate insightful reports based on the data you have entered, providing significant support to the legal and administrative teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a keen eye for detail—exceptional attention to detail is your forte, and nothing escapes your notice!

• Your English communication skills are outstanding (minimum C1 level) enabling you to easily read, comprehend, and interpret complex contract documents.

• You are proficient in spreadsheets, completely at ease and experienced with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• You have a solid understanding of legal terminology and contract structures (a legal background is highly advantageous but not essential).

• You are highly organized, proficient at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working independently or collaborating with a team.

• Bonus points: You hold a degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or have prior experience in contract analysis/data entry within the legal sector. (This is a plus!)

• Rate: $1 USD per contract (with a minimum requirement of 1,500 contracts per month—you can do the math! 💸)

• B2B Collaboration - Independent Contractor: Project-based until the end of July / first week of August, with an evergreen contract for future data extraction opportunities!

• Enjoy flexibility in your work schedule! We only require a 3-4 hour overlap with RO time (09:00 - 18:00) for on-demand meetings. (Note: A bit more overlap is necessary during your initial days for training and inquiries).
