This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide assistance with data entry and ensure the accuracy of records utilizing Microsoft Office tools.
• Handle incoming calls with a professional demeanor and appropriately direct inquiries.
• Aid in administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and correspondence to enhance office workflow.
• Execute general clerical tasks, including typing reports, updating databases, and preparing materials for meetings.
• Work collaboratively with team members to promote efficient office operations and offer support to various departments as needed.
• Prior experience in an office setting or an administrative role is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good typing speed and accuracy to handle data entry responsibilities.
• Proven professionalism in phone manners and customer service interactions.
