• Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO setting within a Back Office Account.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated ability to show empathy and patience when addressing customer issues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

• Capability to remain composed under pressure.

• Must reside within the **Greater Manila Area**.
