This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Upload both manual and automated data feeds to internal systems and websites.
• Ensure that all entered information is accurate and current.
• Detect and eliminate duplicate records within the system.
• Approve and organize images received from external contacts.
• Reach out to clients to gather or verify missing information.
• Report any system or website issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Address enquiries or direct them to the relevant department.
• A minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Prior experience in data entry, administration, or office support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional accuracy and capability to produce high-quality work.
