Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer strategic legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including PBM, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and government programs.

• Conduct research, drafting, and transactional tasks in relation to legal issues.

• Counsel internal clients on compliance with regulatory standards.

• Create and conduct legal training sessions, and investigate issues as required.

• Collaborate with both in-house and external legal resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney or in a related legal field.

• At least 3 years of experience with managed care organizations or other healthcare clients.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.
