This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Accountable for conducting conflict searches for new client requests on a daily basis, utilizing resources such as Lexis+, Dun & Bradstreet, Bloomberg, Courthouse News Services, and Artificial Intelligence tools in an efficient manner.
β’ Liaise with administrative personnel concerning the results of conflict checks and provide guidance on any actual or potential conflicts.
β’ Monitor the progress of pending or ongoing requests.
β’ Capable of organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and completing them under tight deadlines.
β’ Preferably 1-2 years of experience with automated conflict checking systems and/or corporate research within a law firm setting;
β’ Must possess knowledge of corporate research, due diligence, and compliance matters.
β’ Strong working knowledge of legal research platforms, business information databases, and research methodologies.
β’ Familiarity with AI-driven research tools and analytics platforms, along with the capability to incorporate emerging technologies into research workflows.
β’ Ability to work effectively under deadlines while ensuring exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to clearly present research findings and collaborate effectively with attorneys and business professionals.
β’ Highly organized with strong time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree or equivalent is required.
