Legal Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Offer coaching, care coordination, referrals, and appointment services to clients participating in the VA Caregiver Legal and Financial program.

• Provide services through phone, text, video, and a case management system.

• Evaluate the needs of participating clients to create personalized plans that include legal information and benefits navigation.

• Monitor, track, and document coaching sessions and related services within the case management system.

• Take dictation for legal documentation.

• Deliver web-assisted audio or video coaching utilizing motivational interviewing and solution-focused strategies.

• Assist clients in acquiring information, resources, and support.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personal goal plans and identify actionable steps.

• Connect clients to suitable resources and facilitate necessary referrals.

• Complete ongoing training mandated by the customer and Revelations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal, JD, or a related degree from an accredited institution.

• Strong grasp of legal and financial terminology.

• Capability to deliver services through phone, text, and video.

• Proficient in utilizing a case management system for case notes, appointments, and documentation.

• Skills in motivational interviewing and solution-focused coaching.

• Exceptional record-keeping abilities.

• High level of concentration and attentiveness.

• Capacity to respond to unexpected situations.

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.

• Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions or work orders.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• No physical limitations.

• Availability for a 1:30–10:00 EST work schedule.
