Legal Client Service Consultant – Relationship & Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receive qualified leads and initiate the first empathetic and personalized contact.

• Manage communications through WhatsApp and phone calls.

• Arrange initial consultations with the designated attorneys.

• Organize client histories and information within the CRM system.

• Conduct follow-ups with clients currently under review.

• Assist in document organization in accordance with internal protocols.

• Participate in strategy meetings focused on client service.

• Propose enhancements to the sales workflow and overall client experience.

• Provide support in training new client service representatives as the firm grows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized and proactive.

• Comfortable with client service, sales, and relationship management.

• Demonstrated interest in professional development and continuous learning.

• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems.

• Prior experience in commercial/customer service or sales roles.

• Background in law firms or related fields.

• A genuine interest in specializing in the Public Sector (civil servant) law niche.
