Legal Client Intake Coordinator – Family Law

📋 Description

• Responsibly manage inbound intake calls, providing a professional and empathetic greeting to prospective clients.

• Oversee the sales-oriented elements of intake, focusing on converting consultations.

• Ensure timely responsiveness to incoming leads and follow up as necessary.

• Accurately schedule consultations and coordinate appointment details.

• Serve as the receptionist and primary contact for new inquiries.

• Articulate the benefits of legal services and assist callers through the consultation process.

• Accurately record all intake information in the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist is required.

• Familiarity with US Family Law is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor in client interactions is essential.

• Capability to clearly and ethically articulate the value of legal services.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• An honest and supportive communication style is crucial.

• Highly responsive and well-organized individual.

• Comfortable engaging in consultative sales conversations.

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices.

• Professional demeanor on the phone.

• Remote position operating on Mountain Standard Time (MST).

• Availability Monday through Friday.

• Manage a moderate call volume of 6–15 calls per day.

• Proficiency in Clio CRM.

• Proficiency in GoTo Connect VOIP.

• Proficiency in Outlook for email and calendar management.
