This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You will enhance campaigns by employing legal strategies, which include judicial actions.
• You will build and maintain relationships with law firms and legal experts.
• You will prepare and file legal documents, appeals, complaints, and lawsuits as part of your legal strategies.
• You will evaluate potential legal actions that could be pursued in ongoing cases and strategize their implementation.
• You will consistently track and update the status of legal cases.
• You will keep campaign leaders and directors updated on developments in cases.
• You will collaborate with the Campaigns and Communication teams to devise legal strategies that enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
• You will draft and distribute press releases that emphasize legal issues.
• You will engage with media outlets specializing in court matters to ensure accurate coverage of legal actions and decisions.
• You will conduct research on legal cases, prepare witness statements, and generate detailed legal reports.
• You will document legal briefs, organize summaries, prepare indices, and create tracking tables for ongoing legal proceedings.
• You will work with Media Campaigners to prepare spokespersons for media engagements related to legal issues.
• You will review and assess legal documents received and compile comprehensive reports in cases that involve extensive information.
• You will create standardized templates in Google Drive to enhance workflow efficiency.
• You hold a law degree; a master’s degree and bar membership are preferred.
• You are capable of independently managing a variety of legal actions and projects, demonstrating initiative to meet campaign goals.
• You possess strong skills in legal research, analysis, and document drafting.
• You are proficient in utilizing AI to generate legal opinions and reports.
• You have experience in public interest litigation or advocacy campaigns.
• You exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in simplifying complex legal issues into clear and persuasive messaging.
• You are passionate about and dedicated to the defense of life, family, and freedom.
• You demonstrate a high level of professionalism, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach under tight deadlines.
• You have strong collaboration skills and thrive in a dynamic team environment with hierarchical structures.
• You can quickly adapt to changing legal and political circumstances.
• You are proficient in Google Workspace tools.
• Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
• You possess strong problem-solving abilities, as legal campaigns often necessitate quick decision-making and adaptability to new challenges.
• You have at least a B2-level proficiency in English (non-native speakers must provide a Duolingo English Test score of 100 or higher). Proficiency in Spanish and other languages is a plus.
