📋 Description

• Facilitates Gravis Law’s interactions with third-party insurers for specific legal services.

• Aids in the coordination between Gravis, its legal team, and insurance carriers.

• Ensures compliance with invoicing, collections, and all associated processes.

• Serves as the subject matter expert in legal insurance matters.

• Regularly liaises with the Insurance Services Team Lead concerning issues related to legal insurance providers.

• Conducts legal insurance eligibility verifications and informs attorneys about any eligibility limitations.

• Performs daily audits on records related to legal insurance matters.

• Submits legal insurance claims and pre-authorizations along with the necessary documentation.

• Actively resolves payment discrepancies and submits revised claims as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in professional legal operations.

• Familiarity with legal insurance billing policies and experience collaborating with providers.

• Understanding of accounts receivable and collections procedures.

• Capability to manage multiple job priorities and tasks efficiently, effectively, and accurately while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to independently identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies with legal insurance companies and client accounts.

• Experience in creating and delivering training materials.

• Knowledge and experience in navigating and interacting with Gravis’ Case Management systems and lead generation processes.

• Ability to support and foster a positive and productive team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
