This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Update internal systems of the Firm and external client platforms within specified timeframes.
• Sort, scan, categorize, label, digitally file, and systematically organize legal documents.
• Complete tasks in the assigned work queue within set deadlines.
• Utilize fundamental legal concepts and terminology to create precise work outputs.
• Assist in preparing necessary items for clients and court proceedings.
• Review incoming documents and ensure they are distributed to the correct parties.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and internal/external messaging systems.
• Complete required training modules in the Firm's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, client requirements, court rules, and best practices.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality legal services to represented financial institutions.
• High school diploma.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with technology-driven work settings.
• Strong capability to follow basic instructions, job aids, procedures, and Firm policies.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to providing exceptional, responsive, and timely service.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Computer literate.
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain focus for long durations.
• Capacity to work on computers for a significant part of the day.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as typing, clicking, and swiveling.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
