This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Manage electronic signature workflows and ensure transparency regarding document signing status.
• Distribute fully executed documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate commercial agreements for Redwood business units, which encompass nondisclosure, brokerage, codes of conduct, marketing, vendor, and other organizational contracts.
• Recognize potential risks linked to contracts being reviewed.
• Assist in the effective use of the organization’s contract lifecycle management software.
• Enhance the quality and ease of contract management processes while ensuring compliance and maintaining quality standards.
• Provide support to the Legal Team with various organizational and administrative duties.
• Perform initial analyses and interpretations of agreements, delivering findings to team members.
• Undertake additional legal projects as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably with a focus in business administration, law, or finance.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting legal functions in a mid- to large-sized organization or law firm is necessary.
• Preferred experience ranges from 3 to 4 years within a law firm, in-house, or business environment.
• Strong skills in organization, communication, analysis, and problem-solving are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment based on business unit deadlines and objectives.
• Preferred experience in using, implementing, and integrating contract lifecycle management software.
• Desired CPCM or CCM certifications.
• Preferred experience or interest in data security and privacy issues, including CIPP or AIGP certifications.
