This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Client Interaction: Initiate introductory conversations and maintain ongoing communication via emails, texts, and calls.
• Case Oversight: Assist in the comprehensive management of personal injury cases, actively overseeing around 120 files.
• Negotiation Skills: Prepare and dispatch letters of representation, while negotiating claims and liens with insurance providers.
• Record Keeping: Employ Filevine for accurate case monitoring, ensuring that all updates are prompt and precise.
• Independent Task Management: Efficiently execute case management responsibilities with minimal oversight required.
• Experience Needed: 2–3 years of legal support experience in personal injury, with a strong command of Filevine.
• Legal Knowledge: Understanding of Washington state personal injury law, including PIP agreements and lien procedures.
• Communication Skills: A confident and empathetic communicator capable of handling regular client interactions through calls, texts, and emails.
• Initiative & Accountability: Ability to take charge, manage casework autonomously, and progress files without needing micromanagement.
• Technological Competence: Comfortable operating in a fully remote setup using Gmail, Google Chat, and other related tools.
• Bilingual Preference: Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
