This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Draft and assist in the preparation of discovery responses and legal documents.

• Provide support to attorneys with both administrative and legal tasks as required.

• Help maintain an efficient workflow throughout ongoing cases.

• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and effective document management.

• Manage inbound and outbound phone communications with clients and opposing counsel.

• Summarize depositions and materials related to cases.

• Offer regular updates to clients regarding the status of their cases.

• Prepare and organize pleadings for attorney review.

• Keep an accurate calendar of deadlines, hearings, and appointments.

• Oversee client intake processes and gather relevant case information.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm is required.

• A law or law-related degree is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Proficient in handling client communications through both phone and written formats.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in legal documentation.

• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Exhibit professionalism and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and maintain a positive attitude.
