This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Gather and oversee evidence and supporting documentation from clients.
• Maintain effective and prompt communication with clients regarding the status of their cases and the documentation required for this particular case type.
• Review and authorize document checklists to guarantee completeness and adherence to compliance standards.
• Ensure that USCIS forms are the most current version, that USCIS evidence and supporting documents are accurate and thorough, and that they conform to firm standards.
• Compile, arrange, and prepare client packets and filings in line with legal guidelines and internal protocols.
• Examine packets to verify that all components meet submission criteria and that there are no discrepancies before the initial review or attorney review.
• Oversee and coordinate packet preparation tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Manage and update client profiles and track case progress within the firm's platforms.
• Update Matter/Plan and ensure that cases move through workflow stages accurately and punctually.
• Review daily emails, calendar appointments, and assigned tasks.
• Keep organized digital files and maintain case records.
• Collaborate with legal assistants, editors, attorneys, and support staff to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Engage in team chats, meetings, and daily reporting activities.
• Expertise in assembling case packages with a keen attention to detail in forms, evidence, and supporting materials.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe.
• Strong capability to organize and manage documents and digital files.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically with clients while requesting documents, providing case updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring they feel supported, informed, and respected throughout the process.
