This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate discovery sessions with mid-sized law firms, identifying business objectives and operational challenges.
• Create and present customized, live demonstrations of the Clio platform.
• Address technical, emotional, and ethical objections during presentations effectively.
• Communicate Clio’s AI vision and assist firms in safely integrating automation for drafting, research, document analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement impactful trials and pilots for strategic law firm clients.
• Establish desired outcomes, practice areas, and legal tasks for pilot programs.
• Ensure effective engagement, adoption, and measurable success.
• Transform attorneys’ complex requirements into workflows within Clio.
• Convert lawyer insights into actionable user stories for the Product team, influencing the platform’s development roadmap.
• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams on messaging and content strategies.
• Produce content that highlights real-world AI success stories for legal audiences.
• Provide mentorship to Sales and Customer Success colleagues through internal training initiatives.
• Lead thought leadership on AI trends and innovations in legal technology.
• Serve as a credible representative for Clio in the evolving landscape of legal AI.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or an equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of legal practice experience at a mid-sized law firm in the U.S.
• In-depth understanding of firm economics, document lifecycles, and nuances of client communication.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and the capacity to engage senior legal stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in active listening and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity for transforming complex processes into efficient, technology-driven solutions.
• Experience with or interest in legal AI technologies, legal practice management (LPM), document automation, and/or legal research platforms.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment where priorities may shift and creativity is encouraged.
