Legal Analyst — FIIs and FIPs (Mid/Senior)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer legal counsel regarding the structuring, formation, registration, and oversight of investment funds, particularly FIIs (Real Estate Investment Funds) and FIPs (Private Equity Funds).

• Prepare and evaluate legal documents.

• Assist with public offerings.

• Support due diligence activities.

• Engage with clients and partners.

• Ensure that transactions comply with regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• At least 3 years of experience working with investment funds, ideally FIIs and FIPs.

• Familiarity with CVM and ANBIMA regulations, with a strong understanding of CVM Resolution 175 (General Part and Normative Annexes III — FII and IV — FIP).

• Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) — preferred.

• Experience in cross-border transactions and governance of portfolio companies — preferred.

• Knowledge of LGPD and compliance/anti-corruption frameworks — preferred.
