Legal Analyst – Database Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Address client inquiries and fulfill requests.

• Examine databases to pinpoint inconsistencies.

• Track requests and ensure compliance with established deadlines.

• Generate and revise accounting reports within Elaw.

• Oversee indicators and operational controls.

• Conduct checks and validate information prior to client reporting.

• Assist management in the preparation of reports and monitoring outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a law student or a law graduate without an active Bar registration (required).

• Prior experience in corporate customer service or client relationship management.

• Familiarity with operational controls and report generation.

• Experience in legal operations is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Projudi and court case management systems.

• Intermediate skills in Excel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
