• Assess AI-Generated Legal Content

• Analyze and contrast AI-generated responses related to legal situations in workplace and employment contexts.

• Evaluate responses for legal precision, thoroughness, logical coherence, and readiness for client presentation.

• Ensure outputs are consistent with established principles of U.S. employment and labor law.

• Provide Expert Commentary

• Offer organized written assessments that pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and areas for enhancement.

• Identify factual inaccuracies, gaps in legal reasoning, and discrepancies.

• Utilize standardized evaluation metrics to guarantee objective and uniform assessments.

• Assist in AI Model Enhancement

• Engage in onboarding sessions and calibration initiatives.

• Work alongside project teams by sharing domain-specific knowledge that improves model efficacy.

• Uphold consistency and quality throughout evaluation assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least **2 years of professional experience** in Employment or Labor Law practice.

• Experience obtained in a law firm, corporate legal department, governmental agency, labor union, or similar legal setting.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school or an LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized institution.

• Must be licensed to practice law in the United States (active or inactive license will be accepted).

• Strong proficiency in legal research, legal writing, case law analysis, and preparation of legal memoranda.

• Outstanding written communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. legal system and practices in employment law.
