This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, providing accurate and engaging information to potential tenants.
• Manage leads with daily activity updates and weekly performance reports.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with local brokers and agents to maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Negotiate lease terms to optimize occupancy while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Keep abreast of local Brooklyn market trends and competition to maintain our portfolio's competitiveness.
• Proficient knowledge of the Brooklyn rental market and its trends.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and industry partners.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a proven history of successful lease agreements.
• Driven, motivated, and a self-starter who takes initiative and consistently seeks opportunities.
• A valid New York Real Estate Salesperson License is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in leasing or brokerage is preferred.
