
Leasing and Sales Specialist – Mobile Home Communities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Promptly and professionally respond to incoming inquiries (calls, texts, messages).
• Engage with prospects to establish a strong rapport that generates interest in our properties.
• Coordinate property showings and confirm attendance.
• Proactively follow up with prospects before and after showings.
• Assist prospects through the application process and encourage completion.
• Review rental applications for accuracy and completeness prior to submission for approval.
• Monitor each prospect’s status and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Manage and update listings across various platforms: Zillow, MH Village, Trulia, HotPads, Facebook Marketplace & Groups.
• Ensure that listings are precise, appealing, and optimized for conversions.
• Collaborate with property supervisors to ensure showings are conducted smoothly and punctually.
• Gather feedback from supervisors following showings.
• Communicate updates between prospects and the internal team.
• Oversee lease renewals and necessary follow-ups.
• Foster relationships with tenants.
• Assist in converting renters into mobile homeowners wherever feasible.
• Exceptional English communication skills - must convey a natural and conversational tone on calls.
• Confident and personable on the phone - able to build trust quickly without sounding robotic.
• Sales-oriented mindset - guiding individuals toward choosing this property.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up practices.
• Experience in leasing, real estate, property management, or customer service is advantageous.
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and leads simultaneously.
• Familiarity with platforms like Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc. (or a quick learner).
• Reliable internet access and capability to handle calls during U.S. business hours.
