This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• This role is fully remote, requiring 15%-25% of time dedicated to property visits.

• You will serve as the primary contact for potential residents.

• This position involves responding to inquiries, assessing needs, and promoting the property’s features to prospective tenants.

• Oversee the leasing and application procedures for our new residents.

• Initial inquiries are likely to come through you.

• You must be adept at quickly identifying customer needs and instilling a sense of urgency to encourage prospects to apply.

• Building new relationships with our clients is crucial for the success of this role.

• We expect you to leverage your approachable personality and your ability to handle and resolve challenging situations while fostering relationships.

• Utilizing your strong administrative and computer skills, you will handle various responsibilities, including managing lease documents, updating necessary paperwork and computer systems, and completing marketing and advertising tasks.

• You will be expected to be knowledgeable about the community and the surrounding areas where our residences are situated.

• Familiarity with local schools, employers, dining options, etc., is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• A local state real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.

• A BA or Associate's degree is preferred.

• Experience in new home sales is preferred but not essential.

• Proven experience in lead conversion is required.

• Familiarity with Microsoft products is necessary.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

• Ability to manage in-office presentations effectively.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are a must.

• A valid driver’s license is required (occasional travel may be necessary).

• Physical ability to be active and lift up to 50 lbs is required.
